Most of you follow MckMama and have read about the miracle of Stellan's healing this week. I know there is a lot of controversy about MckMama out in the blogging world but it doesn't change the fact that a very ill little boy was healed this week.
Today, only until noon frozen tundra time, MckMama and Prince Charming are going to donate one dollar to charity for every comment left on the post entitled Miracle. They will be splitting the donation between Sufficient Grace, String of Pearls and the Liz Logelin Foundation. All three are amazing programs that support families who experience great loss and I hope none of you ever need them.
So please, go HERE to MckMama's post and leave a comment. Do it now for all the children and families who do not get their miracle.

Hmmm I am a regular reader at McMama's blog and have never seen or read anything controversial. I was touched to the point of tears reading about Stellan's healing and was so heartbroken for the moments before. What's teh controversy about?
Tricia- the controversy is not ON her blog, it's about her blog. There are many many people who have not so great opinions of Mckmama for some valid reasons. A lot of the information is on the blog at http://overmckmama.blogspot.com/. Not saying that I agree or disagree, I try hard to stay out of the drama in bloggy land. Hope that clarifies.
Thanks. Crap I hope I have not been sucked into another emotion sucking blog though I know Stellan is indeed real. I was completely sucked into the April Rose blog and the 'delivery' etc in tears etc. My two year old son has the diagnosis that 'April Rose" had and though I did not give birth to him I was feeling her pain. Ack...I need to stick to reading books! Course then I would miss out on your blog which I love esp your early foster care and social worker days. I am still waiting to find out if Tigger is your oldest son!

Tricia- Stellan's situation was very real and very serious, nobody has ever questioned that. But a lot of people have questioned some of the things that MckMama has done, such as posting a picture on twitter of Stellan while he was being intubated, or giving marital advice when there have been multiple domestic violence charges against Prince Charming. There have just been some inconsistancies that people have picked up on.
