The second birthday in November was The Girl. She turned 6 years old. My baby is a big girl now! She was more than happy to pose for her obligatory annual birthday picture, she posed and modeled like a true diva!
Just like I did for The Tween, I dropped off cupcakes at her class during the day for her to share with her friends since she wasn't having a big party. We decided not to do big birthday parties this year since we have a new baby and flu season is in full swing around these parts. I would like to avoid the flu if at all possible this year. She was perfectly happy to share cupcakes with her class and have everyone sing happy birthday to her.
After school, we baked cupcakes to have after dinner. My parents gave her a cupcake baking kit for her birthday so she got to wear her new apron and use her little baking tools. She chose strawberry cupcakes and strawberry icing with sprinkles. Yum. Of course, The Toddler had to get in on the action too.

The Girl chose pizza for dinner so we dined on double cheese pizza and strawberry cupcakes before letting her open her gifts. I got some great shots of her facial expressions too.
